Skills Assessment
Some players may be given a skills assessment. This is just randomly picked if we pick you then don't think you're bad at the game or anything you just got picked!
Training
Training will only be given to people who need more skills in a certain area. Lets say we are on a vehicle pursuit and you keep failing at your pit maneuvers then you may be given a training session on pit maneuvers same thing goes for shooting, driving, flying, parachuting, etc. You could also just be randomly chosen for a training session.
